Biography

I specialise in Nordic Walking for clients with medical conditions and am also a Posture Stability Instructor for Frail Elderly.

I moved to the UK in January 1982 to work in the City for Chase Manhattan Bank. My area was Trade Finance and Commodities. I left in 1986 when I met my husband who was a widower with 3 young children. I've continued to develop my Chinese language skills and wrote a novel called Vermillion Ink based on the true story of a Jesuit, Giuseppe Castiglione, who became a brilliant Chinese painter for 3 Qing dynasty emperors. My children are now in their 30s and 40s and we have 6 grandchildren. I have been working as a walking fitness instructor since March 2013 and find a great deal of satisfaction seeing clients improve their fitness and mobility after illness, joint replacement or when suffering from a permanent illness.
