Biography

I am originally from South Africa and completed my undergrad in Bloomington, IN. I am completing my MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology at the University of Sussex. My dissertation is looking at stress management and burnout avoidance amongst police officers here in the UK. I also work part time as a mental health recovery worker. I love watching rugby, reading, rollerskating and enjoying all the cultural differences between here and my home countries .
